08 May Prioritize Momentum

Momentum can be defined as a time of unhampered flow in what you are doing or thinking. You have a lot of energy, are totally in the moment, and at the peak of your efficiency. To make the most of this time, you should be aware when and where you are usually most creative and motivated, then plan to use this positive flow for your most challenging tasks. Try also to minimize interruptions during this time.

If you were climbing a mountain, it would seem obvious that being well rested and well trained would help you to enjoy the climb to the next camp. When you are neither well rested nor prepared for the climb, it is guaranteed to be more challenging and more difficult. The same can be applied to your everyday life – when you prepare and care for yourself you can create and maximize momentum in your business and personal life, and you’ll have more fun on the way to your goals.
