Speaking at New York Insitute of Technology on The Future of Work + Founder Life

'The Future of Work – Company Culture Reimagined' – that's today's primary topic for a guest lecture at New York Insitute of Technology (NYIT).

I have always loved education, and I have a thirst for learning myself. I started guest lecturing at the Stockholm School of Economics and the Royal Institute of Technology when I was 21 years old. At the time, my primary topics covered entrepreneurship and how to build and scale a startup successfully. Over a decade later, these topics are more important than ever, especially on how to design startup cultures where people thrive. Earlier this year, I also had the great opportunity to speak at Boston College about founder life.

Today I'm doing something really special. I'm combining my primary topic on how to design and scale a people and purpose-oriented culture with personal stories and insights from life as a founder with highlights from the entrepreneurial rollercoaster.

Thank you, Matt, for inviting me. I'm super pumped to meet your MBA students soon!
