Over the years, I have developed several habits to keep me performing consistently. One of them is meditating daily, and it’s part of my personal routine. A couple of months ago, I started to visit Inspace in New York for longer meditation sessions to complement my practice. The benefits of meditation are many, but one of my personal favorites is clarity of mind. It’s a way to connect dots quicker, to be more creative and more focused to ultimately enter flow faster. We can all greatly benefit from developing empowering routines that fit our lifestyles and goals, but it’s even more important when having a high pace lifestyle. In my work as a speaker and founder/executive coach, I meet many High Achievers who are experimenting with different habits to continually develop themselves and increase their impact.
