She is the recipient of the prestigious SKAPA award, given in memory of Alfred Nobel, which is awarded to leading founders.

At the age of 17, Therése started her first management consultancy, and for over 17 years, she has supported thousands of founders, management teams, and executives. At the age of 21, she became a guest lecturer at the Stockholm School of Economics and the Royal Institute of Technology. By the age of 26, she earned a Master of Science in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and she has conducted extensive research on the entrepreneurial mindset. In her early 30s, she has guest lectured at NYU and Boston College in the USA.
