The focus on impact, sustainability, and a more people-centric approach have never been as prevalent as now. I had the great opportunity of delivering two mini keynotes over dinner during the Davos Decompression weekend in St Moritz with the core message: It's time to re-imagine the workplace starting with people.
During this beautiful weekend, we hiked on the frozen lake, listened to groundbreaking ideas for improving the world for the better, enjoyed guided meditation sessions, and, most importantly, enjoyed countless deep conversations with amazing change-makers from all over the world.
